.Capacity Limits

Standing 100 guests | Sit down 60 guests
Seating options include a combination of low tables/chairs and high tables/stools.
Dancefloor space will affect capacity limit.

Event timings
Our space is available for hire between 12pm and 12am on Fridays and Saturdays. Events outside of these times can be available on request, at the discretion of the venue.

Pricing
All quotes on food and drinks include GST.
All food and drink are subject to weekend and public holiday surcharges (if applicable).

Food and drink menus
All food and drink menus stated are considered sample menus and may be subject to change. Drinks options are subject to supply or availability.

Minimum spends
Minimum spends may apply for exclusive use of our space, and/or depending on the size and nature of your event. Check with our functions manager for minimum spends applicable to your selected date. Minimum spends will be subject to our discretion.

Event bookings
Tentative bookings will be held for a period of 7 days, then a deposit is required to secure the booking. After which, we will get in touch a few weeks prior to the event to confirm all the finer details.

Deposit
A deposit of $250 for partial venue functions and $500 for full venue (exclusive use) functions is due to be paid by the client to secure the event booking. By paying the deposit, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document.

The deposit is redeemable on any food and beverage purchased at the conclusion of your event, subject to our terms and conditions being met. Any damages or change to numbers after confirmation may result in retention of deposits.

Payment
Following receipt of the deposit, payment for all food and drink can be made prior to the event or at the conclusion of the event. Where minimum spend applies, payment can also be made prior to the event or at the conclusion of the event.

Cancellation
Due to some unforeseen circumstances, you may wish to change or cancel your function date. All changes and cancellations must be requested in writing, via email.

In the event of a date change/postponement/cancellation:
– Cancellation of your event at any time in the lead up to your event will result in forfeiting your deposit.
– Date change or postponements confirmed 14 days or more from your event date will result in the deposit being transferred to the new date.

Menu selections and dietary requirements
Food and drink menu selections will need to finalised 14 days prior to the event. Any dietary requirements are to be confirmed 14 days prior to your event. We will endeavour to accommodate dietary requirements without altering the chosen menu and will work with you to find the best outcome for your guests.

Final attendance confirmation
Final confirmation of guest numbers and room set up is required 14 days prior to the event. Should there be a reduction in the number of guests after the final attendance confirmation, no refunds or reduction in price and/or minimum spend is available.

Licensing
Limeburners is licensed until 12 midnight. We reserve the right to decline entry to our premises to any guest refusing to comply with health and safety regulations. Any guest who is intoxicated or not complying with general health and safety regulations may be asked to leave.

Security
Depending on the size and nature of your event, we may require external security to be hired for the safety of you, your guests, and our staff on premises. This will be determined by the functions manager and if necessary, will be quoted on an hourly rate.

Damages
In the event of damages caused to the venue or amenities (for example, furniture breakages or cosmetic damage to the venue), the client will be charged a damages fee assessed on the extent of damage caused and cost to repair or replace.
